17 years experience at Procter & Gamble including international General Manager and Director roles (Sales & Commercial plus L&D / Capability), in UK, Spain, Switzerland and Brazil. Experience with other large corporate organisations at senior levels (Coty, Marks & Spencer), and smaller entrepreneurial, private equity companies (Henley Investments).

Having consistently demonstrated outstanding business results in multiple sectors (FMCG, pharmaceuticals, professional beauty, retail and private equity real estate) whilst developing high performing award-winning organisations and demonstrating strong leadership skills across large scale organisations, Andrew's experience can help individuals and organisations wanting to develop and grow.

Andrew has previously coached C-suite in SMEs, first-line managers, the NHS, blue-chip directors and start-up entrepreneurs.
