The purpose of a coach is to help you close the gap between where you are and where you would like to be. Coaches are experts in human behaviour change, so rather than just telling you what they think you should do, they help you uncover any limiting beliefs or fears that may be holding you back. Coaches can help you gain a much deeper awareness of yourself, give you a sounding board, give you a new perspective, help you gain clarity, motivate you, and hold you accountable.
